So that you can fully enjoy your experience at The Skin Sanctuary, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Initial bookings require 10 mins to complete our intake form. Late arrival will result in a shortened service time.
Once your appointment has been confirmed you assume responsibility for your booking and accept the following terms and conditions:

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, a minimum of
1 business days notice is requested and appreciated or your booking fee will be forfeited.
A 50% non refundable booking fee applies, this can be transferred to a new booking should you give adequate notice or forfeited and charged, also applies for no shows. All terms apply for Voucher bookings.
I understand these treatments can be a luxury & may no longer fit your budget. If you cancel without adequate notice I cannot fill your booking or offer it to waiting clients.
Changes on the day of your booking can't always be accommodated as my schedule may not allow for response or adjustment.
Your booking is transferable to a friend or family member should you not be able to give notice as per this policy
To allow you to fully relax and enjoy your treatment, and for their safety, please do not bring children with you to your appointment. Ringing phones disrupt your treatment and lessen your enjoyment. Please turn off your mobile phone or switch it to silent & for hygiene refrain form touching your phone in the clinic .
Select a voucher for a set dollar value above $50 or a Pamper Package. Beautifully presented and valid for a period of 3 years. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Contact to arrange a physical voucher for local collection or purchase online, for prompt delivery to your (or the recipients) In box.

The Skin Sanctuary at Brookwater takes your privacy and personal information seriously and has this policy in place for your protection.
I require your email address and phone number to send reminders and notifications. I may also make notes about your treatments, preferences, any allergic reactions or adverse results.
Medical and lifestyle intake, forms part of your informed consent to make sure that I deliver a service that causes you no harm and is customised to your needs.
You are able to access your personal information at any time and can request to change communication methods, update or opt out of marketing. (E.g; exclusive offers and newsletter)
You can request to erase your profile or alter what information you share.
At no time will your details be shared with any third party other than what you have agreed to or what the law enforces.
In an emergency situation your listed contact will be informed & any medical disclosures will be passed onto emergency services providers.
